Duties:

  • Dispatch service calls with technicians as necessary
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Perform general clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and filing
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and organizing documents
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Skills:

  • Experience working as a receptionist or secretary in an administrative setting is preferred
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Experience:

  • Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Facilities maintenance: 1 year (Required)
  • Ability to Commute to Ronkonkoma, NY 11779 (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits: Paid time off, Unpaid Leave

Schedule: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, Opportunities for overtime
